CBI on Friday arrested Rajkumar, the domestic help of Durranis in connection with the sensational Noida double murder case. Announcing his arrest, Joint Director of CBI Arun Kumar said that Rajkumar was subjected to lie-detector test, psychological assessment, brain mapping and narco-analysis tests at Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Gandhinagar in Gujarat from June 23 to June 26. He said Rajkumar's arrest was effected after report from forensic experts of a washed white colour t-shirt seized from his house opined that it "contains human blood." The apparel has been sent to CDFD, Hyderabad for further forensic tests, the official said. He would be produced before the Duty Magistrate in Ghaziabad on Saturday. Asked whether the blood was matching with the victim - teenage girl Aarushi or the domestic help Hemraj - Kumar said, "For the very same reason the t-shirt has been sent to Hyderabad." Rajkumar was picked up several times from Durrani household, family friends of Talwar. In a related development, Krishna, the compounder of Dr Rajesh Talwar, prime accused in the case was sent to judicial custody till July 11.

The Aarushi-Hemraj murder case took a dramatic turn with Krishna stating that Rajkumar tried to rape Aarushi Talwar and later killed her.
Krishna, compounder at Dr Talwars clinic, said during his narco-analysis test that he along with Hemraj, Rajkumar and another person by the name Shambu had met at Aarushi's residence on May 15. They assembled at the servant quarters where they had beer together.
Krishna said that Rajkumar, a domestic help at Anita Durrani's residence, had cast an evil eye on Aarushi.
After having beer, Rajkumar went to Aarushi's room and tried to force himself on her. However, she resisted and he was forced to kill her.
Rajkumar killed her with a khukri by slitting her throat. Krishna also said during the test that Hemraj had threatened to reveal all as a result of which they were forced to kill him. He said that they took Hemraj to the terrace and killed him.
Krishna during his narco-test in Bengaluru, however, did not say clearly as to who the new peson Shambu was.
He said during the test that they cleaned the weapon and dumped it outside.
The CBI is having a tough time in taking the case to the next level. They are yet to get answers as to why the Talwars did not hear the screams when they were in the next room.
Krishna also said that the Talwars were innocent and they did not play any role in the murder.
The CBI has now launched a hunt for Shambu and are trying to ascertain what role he has played in this case.
The CBI is contemplating subjecting Rajkumar to a narco-analysis test.

NEW DELHI: Still looking for leads in the Noida double murder case, the CBI on Thursday detained Rajkumar, domestic help of the Durranis, Times Now reported. Dr Anita Durrani and Dr Praful Durrani are family friends and professional associates of the Talwar couple. Earlier, Rajkumar had been released from detention by the CBI on Wednesday night. He was again held by the investigating agency at 6:15 am on Thursday. The CBI had summoned Dr Anita Durrani and her husband Dr Praful Durrani for questioning on Wednesday. The couple was grilled for several hours. It has been learnt that the two were also subjected to a psycho-analysis test. The CBI had conducted a lie detector test on their help, Rajkumar, on Tuesday. Talwar's compounder Krishna, meanwhile, continues to be in the custody of the CBI. Looking for a breakthrough in the case, the CBI is probing all angles including the role of neighbours and their domestic helps. The investigators are also looking at the possibility that Aarushi's murder may have been a contract killing. Aarushi's mother Nupur had apparently withdrawn Rs 26,000 from her HDFC Bank account two days before the murder.

THIS IS HEIGHTS.....................

THIS IS HEIGHTS.....................THE MEDIA IS HEARTLESS

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Delhi/Channels_face_flak_for_airing_Aarushi_MMS/articleshow/3115502.cms

NEW DELHI: Upset over the telecast of a vulgar MMS on Noida twin murder victim Aarushi Talwar, the government on Monday issued a showcause notice to news channel ‘India'. Even as the channel has been given 15 days to reply to the notice and could even face a temporary ban, more action is likely against other TV channels and a production house. The information and broadcasting (I&B) ministry found the content ‘‘obscene, defamatory and denigrating of children and against good taste and decency''. Meanwhile, Aarushi's mother Nupur Talwar has lodged a strong protest with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) against television channels and a production house. Talwar has complained that TV channels have ‘‘perpetuated'' the character assassination of her daughter started by the investigating agency (UP police in this case). The production house was now planning to incorporate the murder as part of its TV serial and ‘‘glorify honour killing''. She has demanded an apology from TV channels and demanded that strict legal action be taken against them. The UP police has alleged that the teenager had an affair with the family servant Hemraj. In fact, a senior police official had described Aarushi as ‘‘characterless'' as her father. These comments have earned the ire of several social organisations as well as women and child development minister Renuka Chowdhury who has demanded that the police officials using such ‘‘loose language'' should be suspended. On Monday, Chowdhury added that it was ‘‘unfortunate'' that the murder was being exploited for commercial gain and said she would take up the matter with her counterpart in the I&B ministry. In her letter to the WCD minister, Nupur Talwar has said, ‘‘They (the production house) plan to glorify the concept of honour killing, a thought which is absolutely abhorrent to any educated person.'' ‘‘Does the media have the right to vitiate the public opinion to the extent that an innocent person is made the victim of salacious machinations designed to increase TRPs of the channel?'' Talwar asked. She added, ‘‘The tragedy that our family is going through is a grave one. But the greater tragedy would be the inability of this country to regulate the pillars of democracy to ensure fairness, transparency and justice for all, dead and living. We feel that these agencies (UP police) and errant TV channels should not only apologise to the family and the public, but should also face stiff legal action.'' Following Talwar's letter, NCPCR member Sandhya Bajaj has written to the I&B secretary, Asha Swaroop, asking that the production house be restrained from making such a TV serial till the investigation is over as it will amount to influencing the investigation and the final outcome of the case.

NEW DELHI: The CBI on Monday got one day remand of Dr Rajesh Talwar. The case has been transferred to CBI's special court in Ghaziabad. Earlier, the CBI on Monday moved an application before a designated court in Noida to seek the remand of dentist Rajesh Talwar, arrested by the Uttar Pradesh police in connection with the murder of his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. The CBI team had on Sunday registered a first information report in the matter. A special team of the CBI on Sunday began probing the murder of Noida teenager Aarushi Talwar and her domestic help Hemraj with the interrogation of the girl's mother Nupur Talwar. Earlier, Nupur went and met her husband Rajesh Talwar, who has been arrested for Aarushi's murder, at Dasna Jail. In her absence, the CBI team took samples of blood stains from the walls and inspected the victims' rooms. The team also inspected the staircases, bedrooms and living room of the house. On Sunday, taking every precaution, the agency had cordoned off the area around the house in Jal Vayu Vihar in sector-25 of Noida, where the murders took place. Around 90 personnel of the Sashastra Seema Bal were deployed outside the house and barricades were erected. Nobody, including media, was allowed inside as the CBI sleuths interrogated Aarushi's mother and forensic experts investigated the crime scene. Fourteen-year-old Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit on May 16 morning and the body of servant Hemraj, who was initially suspected of the crime, was found a day later on the terrace. The Noida police had arrested dentist Rajesh Talwar for the murders eight days later, saying he first killed the servant and then his daughter after finding them together May 15 night in close quarters "but not in compromising position". The police also said Rajesh killed Aarushi because she had come to know of his extra-marital affair with a colleague and had threatened to expose him. After the Noida police, the case was investigated by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force. The callous probe by the police was evident as it did not even bother to seal the crime scene and virtually everybody was allowed inside the house. Following a public outrage over botched up investigations, the central government on late Saturday issued a notification transferring the case to the CBI.

The Information and Broadcasting Ministry is considering to issue show cause notice to a couple of television channels for alleged character assassination of Aarushi Talwar, after the Noida Police claimed that she and Hemraj, the family servant, were very close.
Aarushi’s father Dr Rajesh Talwar had been accused by the Noida Police of killing the girl and the servant. He is currently in judicial custody.
The ministry, which had received representations from some child rights organisations on the Aarushi case, was examining whether action can be taken against the channels under the programme code, officials said.
The Women and Child Development Ministry has also written to the I&B Ministry seeking action. Women and Child Development Minister Renuka Chowdhury at a meeting with legal experts on Thursday on the Aarushi case confirmed a letter has been written in this regard.
